Yeah-Cousins from Florida!

 

I rarely get extended family from Florida.  So I was very happy that I got the chance to have Megan And Brittney come to visit.  Brit was on her way to BYU-Idaho.

  

 They wanted to play in the snow with the girls.  Here they are attempting snow angles with the girls. (The snow was rather icy)

  

 Next they attempted a snow man.  But the snow would not cooperate!

I am looking forward to seeing Brit and Meg again-Maybe in march!?!?!

Another family get together!

 

 The gang all got together again for a big story time feast.  All eyes and cameras were on grandpa as he told all kinds of stories about his life.  One of the kids favorite stories...when he took a trip down the river with some friends (at the age of about 10 or 12).  He was gone for about a week and they found  food along the way.  I do not know a mother now who would let their young sons do that- Amazing!

 We all got comfy because we literally listened to stories for about 3 hours. (with lunch in between)

 Grandma and Grandpa wanted to hear the instruments the grand kids could play.  This is  Tyler.

  

 Kyle shared his talent.  Megan, Cameron, and Brady also played the piano.

  

 Here we are eating-we kept things easy with Pizza and root beer floats.

 

We had a little time for games and hanging out as well.

Christmas dinner at G&G Guertler

 

 Enjoying Christmas dinner at Judy and Dave's house.  This year was great because Ken's family was up from Texas.  The cousins all enjoyed dinning together.

  

 I am sure these boys used their best manners while they ate.  (And boy did they eat!)

The boys enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and basketball.  It was a fun time!

For Christmas we were lucky to have Grandma Laureen and Grandpa Larry stay with us for a few days.

Opening gifts.

  

 When Brady was little he always stacked up his gifts next to each other so he could see them all together.  I guess it stuck because we still do this for a picture at the end.  They always hold their favorite.  Katie's fav-was a stuffed puppy and a zhu zhu pet.  Cam's-DSI and a certificate for snow board lessons (His buddies Tanner and Mckay got the same certificate)  Megan- a porc doll and a zhu zhu pet. Brady's - money to put towards new clubs.
